Our Over40s, the Boyle Celtic Legends, are off on another European journey, this time to the bonny, bonny banks of Loch Lomond - well almost, they're heading to Edinburgh....
They are in action on Friday night against a local team at the World of Football pitches in Edinburgh before they head to Easter Road the next day to see Hibs, managed by Pat Fenlon (previously manager with Bohs) and with ex-Sligo Rovers striker Eoin Doyle in their squad, take on Aberdeen.
Best of luck to the (auld) lads as they continue to spread the good name of Boyle Celtic across the Continent.
Breaking news....in a hard fought encounter, the auld-uns went down 5-3...better luck next time, lads! Hibs fared better and secured a nil-nil draw...did I hear a yawn!!
