After very much appreciated hard work, dedication and application, four of our managers are stepping down now that the 2013/14 season has finished - Gerry Emmett (Seniors), Joe Ryan (Reserves), Tom Conroy (U18s) & Joe Magee (U16s).
A huge thank you to all four and their shoes are every bit as hard to fill as those last year at Old Trafford – hopefully, we’ll be a little more successful with our replacements – it could be you!!
Anybody interested in taking on any of the roles is asked to get in touch with any member of the committee as soon as possible.

eFlow FAI Summer Soccer School
Boyle Celtic are hosting an eFlow FAI Summer Soccer School from 11th to 15th August.
The school is open to all boys and girls aged 6 to 14 and costs €65 (€55 for additional siblings). Each participant will receive a brand new full kit, ball and backpack in addition to high standard coaching from FAI Qualified coaches.

Boyle Celtic at Sligo Rovers v Shamrock Rovers
Below are a few photos (thanks to Lee Meredith, Boyle U11 Green manager) from Boyle Celtic's trip to The Showgrounds when Sligo Rovers entertained Shamrock Rovers. Boyle were asked to provide the mascots, ball-boys and the half-time entertainment, consisting of two 5-a-side matches. Our league-winning U12s also paraded their trophy around The Showgrounds at half-time.
Despite Sligo being on the wrong end of a 1-0 scoreline, a great day out was had by all our players and it is a great initiative by the Bit o' Red and we thank them most sincerely for inviting our youngsters and wish them the very best for the rest of this season.

Sligo Rovers training Boyle Celtic U11s
Many thanks to Sligo Rovers FC who have invited Boyle Celtic's youngsters to participate in today's match-day programme when they host Shamrock Rovers in the Airtricity Premier League. Boyle are providing the mascots, ball-boys and the half-time entertainment when our U11 squads will play in 2 five-a-sides. Our league winning U12s will also parade their trophy around the Showgrounds pitch at half-time.
As part of the whole programme, last Thursday Ian Barraclough and Gary Stephens, along with four of their players, held a training session for our U11s at Celtic Park. It was a great evening, thoroughly enjoyed by all, so a massive thanks to Ian, Gary & co...
