U11s play under lights Tue 27th Sept

Our U11s, under the tutelage of Geoff Henry, play tonight, Tuesday 27th Sept, under the lights with a home league match against Valley Rovers, kick-off at 7pm. Please come along and support our stars of the future.

Reserves under lights TONIGHT

Our Reserve team is in home action TONIGHT under the lights - kick-off at 7.30pm sees the lads take on Chaffpool Utd in the Premier League.

Following their great start to the league campaign, your support would be greatly appreciated. Good luck, lads!

Committee Meeting Wed 21st Sept

U14 (born 1998) Registration Night - URGENT!!

Boyle Celtic U14s (born in 1998) registration night on Wednesday 14th September at 7.30pm in the Clubhouse. At present, we only have 6 players registered to play and we are down for a Connacht Cup match this Saturday – we need more players to be able to fulfil this fixture and forthcoming league fixtures. New players very welcome (please bring copy of birth certificates if registering with Boyle Celtic for the first time), registration fee is €50.

Boyle Celtic Managers / Committee Meeting

Boyle Celtic Managers / Committee meeting on Wednesday 14th September at 9pm sharp in the Clubhouse. A representative from each squad is asked to be present for the meeting which will last no more than one hour. Any problems with attendance, please contact Richard on 086 8323322.

Boyle Celtic Reserves under lights

Boyle Celtic Reserves play their next league match at home to Dromore Villa on Saturday night (17th) with kick off at 6.45pm – please come along and support Kevin and his players as they continue their fine start to the campaign.

Managers / Committee Meeting RE-SCHEDULED

The monthly Managers / Committee meeting, scheduled to take place on the first Wednesday of each month, has been re-scheduled for Wednesday 14th September at 9pm (to last no more than 1 hour) because of youth fixtures taking place this week.

A representative from each team is requested to attend.

The word ‘legend’ is bandied about all too easily these days, but in the case of Kieran "Bomber" Spellman and Boyle Celtic FC, it strictly applies. Kieran has served the club for nearly 25 years, fulfilling every role from player to chairman, and stepped down as Chairman at the recent AGM. Words cannot express the gratitude from everyone in the Club for all he has done and achieved over the years. Please do not train on the pitch....

With immediate effect and for the forseeable future, please do not train on the pitch.

With the current wet weather, concerns over the pitch recovery during the summer and the increase in the number of matches to be played on it, we are anxious to avoid over-use and to protect it where possible.

We greatly appreciate your co-operation on this issue.
